Love Island star Ekin-Su Culculogu has revealed that paramedics were called to her aim during her stay in the villa this summer.
The Turkish actress, who won the show alongside her now boyfriend Davide Sanclimenti, said while she was in Casa Amor, producers were forced to call for help after she suffered a panic attack.
The islander said she worried so much about what Davide could be up to while she was away from the villa that her health deteriorated.
She said: "You can't pretend or act on there. If you act, your mask would eventually come off.
"At one point in Casa, the medics came. I had a mini panic attack because I was worried about what Davide was doing ... They said to me it's OK."
Ekin-Su also insisted she has no issue with bombshell Nathalia Campos, who tried to impress Davide with her pancake making skills.
She told ITV's Lorraine: "Natalia's pancakes were nice. They were different, mine were a healthy version, not as sweet. She did good. We're fine.
"You've gotta have those moments, but it's all good. And it's all real, nothing for show. If it wasn't working ... I felt like walking out at one time. If I couldn't have Davide, I didn't want anyone else."
After leaving the villa, Ekin-Su said she has been blown away by the support she and Davide have received from the public, who voted them their favourite couple banking them the grand prize of £50,000.
The loved-up 27-year-old said she is convinced she's found the "perfect man".
She said: "The response has been absolutely overwhelming. I'm so grateful I went on the show. I didn't think I'd find love, and I ended up finding the perfect man.
"Not only the perfect body but the perfect man. I had no idea I had all that love and support. I'm thankful to everyone - even my haters! I'm over the moon."
Since returning to the UK, the pair have already landed their own show, which will see them travel around Europe as they share their love of cooking together.
Ekin-Su also revealed that they are ready to take the next step in their relationship and want to move in together.
She said: "We've decided that we are moving in together. It's official.
"We are thinking because we are going to be quite busy with other things, end of September we're thinking to possibly move to Essex where I'm from.
"Davide's not been to Essex, and I feel like it's so nice because it's near London, it's easy to travel to, a bit of countryside, but then also a bit of that edginess to it as well. But I'm very, very excited for that."
