Rio Ferdinand feels Manchester City will complete a historic treble as they prepare to take on Inter Milan this weekend.
Pep Guardiola's side have already claimed both the Premier League and the FA Cup so far this season and have just one honour left to go to match the same feat as Manchester United managed in 1999.
With a trip to Istanbul next up Ferdinand has issued his prediction with the Blues are heavy favourites to claim their third success of the year. And he can't see a way Inter stop City.
''Yeah it's happening, Man Utd fans have got to get their head around, the treble is going to happen and that's no disrespect to Inter,'' he said in the latest episode of VibeWithFive.

''Inter will cause problems don't get me wrong but I don't think they will cause enough problems to upset the applecart. City are going to romp to it by two clear goals and they will control the whole game and win the treble.''
Ferdinand also spoke of his admiration for Guardiola's side, adding: ''It's going to be interesting because I was thinking about it the other day and I have a couple of United fans saying 'how can you say that' but this City are a likeable bunch.
"It's hard for me to say it like that and I don't like even saying and their fans always give me grief and I know it's in jest. But the manager too, I love him.''
