A unique interpretation of Shakespeare's Macbeth will be coming to Liverpool this October, offering audience members the chance to experience a new take on the classic play.
Sh!t-faced Shakespeare will be coming to the Epstein Theatre on October 1 as part of a national tour. The show will be performed by a rotating cast which will see the actors perform different roles each night. However, this take on the classic Shakespearean play comes with a twist - one of the cast members will have been drinking alcohol before the performance.

The production aims to revive the raucous, interactive and vibrant nature of Elizabethan theatre as one cast member will be selected at random to drink before the show. The remaining sober cast members will be required to fight their way through the play while improvising around their drunken castmate.
Aiming to combine the iconic play with no-holds-barred drunken antics, Sh!t-faced Shakespeare is made up of a cast of classically trained actors. For more information and to purchase tickets, click here.
