Ulster University seeks graduates with a disability to help improve job prospects

Disabled graduates from across Northern Ireland can kickstart their career with the new Ulster University Graduate Boost Programme.

The programme is open to ambitious recent graduates with a disability, who want to level up in their career prospects. If you are ordinarily resident and eligible to work in Northern Ireland, have completed studies (but not yet secured graduate-level employment) and have a disability, this programme is designed for you.

There is a wide range of opportunities on offer with sector-leading employers, such as Allstate, EY, CCEA, NIE, Kainos, Mammoth, The Executive Office and many more.

Successful applicants will:

  • receive a weekly £364 bursary
  • gain experience with an NI employer through a 15-week internship
  • complete a postgraduate module
  • learn from industry experts and gain specialist skills to give you the edge.

Applicants can avail of support with CV development and interview preparation and successful candidates will also have access to a mentor for the duration of the programme.

There are over 20 opportunities on offer across a range of job roles and the programme has been part funded by employer partners and the Department for the Economy.
