More than 100 pharmacies in the UK have failed to meet basic standards over the past year, a new report has revealed.
They were reprimanded with further action taken over offenders who broke strict regulatory guidelines.
The inspections by the General Pharmaceutical Council are intended to help pharmacies improve their services.

The worst performing area for failing community pharmacies in the last 12 months was London with 14.
Nottingham, Birmingham, Bolton and Bournemouth each had five failing pharmacies.
One of the worst offenders was an 'unclean and unhygienic' pharmacy in Chemipharm, Birmingham.
While Osbon Pharmacy, in east London, would 'regularly' order 'unusually large volumes of liquid codeine preparations'.
In total, 11 were subject to enforcement action which is one per cent of the 11,000 community pharmacies in the UK.
The inspection reports were published between May 2022 and May 2023.
If guidelines are breached, owners are given an improvement plan before they are revisited within six months.
In extreme circumstances, pharmacies can be told they are no longer allowed to sell prescription-only drugs.
A GPhC spokesperson said: "Pharmacy inspections are intended to help pharmacies improve their systems and services, the quality of care and the outcomes for patients and the public using their services.
"Any pharmacy not meeting all of the standards has to complete an improvement action plan.
"Improvement action plans are published alongside the report our inspections website."
Director of corporate affairs at The National Pharmacy Association Gareth Jones, said: "There are over 14,000 pharmacies in the UK, the vast majority of whom provide very high-quality health care services.
"As in any other regulated sector, the regulatory system exists to check performance and target the relatively small number that need to improve their service in some way.
"Numerous surveys have found that the public has a positive experience of using pharmacies, and trust in pharmacists and their teams is very high for very good reason," he told MailOnline.
Earlier this month, the Government announced a pharmacy common ailments scheme in England would be launched before the end of the year.
It outlined the idea of patients being able to get a prescription from their pharmacist for a number of minor illnesses without having to visit their GP first.
