UFC star Paddy Pimblett enjoyed 11,000 calorie binge after London win

Paddy Pimblett went on a huge food binge after submitting Kazula Vargas at UFC London.

Pimblett picked up his second win in the UFC last weekend when he survived an early knockdown to submit Vargas in the English capital. 'The Baddy' was signed to the promotion last year and won his debut by knocking out Luigi Vendramini.

The Liverpudlian is known for piling on the pounds in between fights. He almost tipped the scale at 200lbs following his debut win last September and admitted he would often eat three main meals and two desserts every night.

Pimblett wasted no time in treating himself following his win against Vargas, scoffing an entire pizza at the post-fight press conference. He took things a step further two days after the fight as he scoffed a whopping 10,700 calories in just one day.

"I had a little two weeks off last time, but I'm getting back in the gym in the morning so I won't be too fat," he said. "I eat so many calories it's unbelievable, on Monday I actually gauged what I ate and I had 10,700 calories. That's without me doing a food challenge, that's just me being a fat b******."

The 27-year-old said he will try to avoid another drastic weight cut to reach 155lbs for his next fight. He successfully hit the lightweight mark for his fight with Vargas, but admitted that he would rather be "fat" in between fights instead of maintaining his six-pack.

"I'd rather be fat and happy than ripped," he admitted. "These people who are ripped all year round are not happy, I don't care what they say. This six-pack is sound, I look great but I'd rather be fat and happy."

Pimblett, who was only guaranteed £9,000 for his fight with Vargas, admitted he wants to win at least four more fights before facing a ranked contender at lightweight. 'The Baddy' is hoping after another win he can renegotiate his contract with the promotion to receive more money.

"I still want another few fights first I'm not getting ahead of myself. I know I'm not ready for anyone ranked yet, especially in the lightweight division. I need to win another four fights before even thinking about getting another opponent," he continued.

"Hopefully after this next fight they want to give me a new contract but we'll see. That's the goal, more zeros on that bank balance. I wanna get another two fights in this year, maybe even three times."
