UFC star Jon Jones sends message to Logan Paul after he was bitten by dog

UFC star Jon Jones has claimed he watched the video of Logan Paul being bitten in the "reproducers" by his dog 20 times.

Paul's profile is continuing to rise in the combat sports world having fought in the boxing ring three times. The YouTube star posted a video of his dog accidentally biting his crotch during a workout as he continues to remain on standby for offers from the WWE and in boxing.

Jones has since responded to Paul's comical video on his Instagram story with the caption: "@loganpaul, I watched this like 20 times, and I have laughed hysterically every time. Man that must suck, hilarious. #doglife." The UFC star has rarely ever interacted on social media with the YouTube star prior to his recent viral video, but appears to have been amused by the social media gag.

The 34-year-old is currently preparing to make a switch up to the heavyweight division in a bid to become the promotion's latest double champion. He has not appeared in the Octagon for over two years since defeating Dominick Reyes in February 2020.

Despite not fighting in the cage, Jones has kept up with the Paul brothers' growing influence on the world of combat sports. He has previously suggested he has no problem with their presence providing they don't "talk s***" to him. "I love them in the sport. They have a young audience. They have a very diverse audience. They are generally passionate about combat sports, both UFC, and boxing. They are exciting," Jones previously said. "I wish them all the best as long as they’re not talking s*** to me."

The older Paul sibling has continued to raise his profile after sharing the ring with boxing legend Floyd Mayweather last year. Paul initially burst on to the scene after holding two instalments of his squared circle rivalry with fellow content creator KSI.

He has since appeared in WWE's hallmark Wrestlemania 38 event alongside the famous Mysterio brothers and tag team partner The Miz. Paul has even spoken with UFC president Dana White on his Impaulsive podcast about a potential fight in the UFC.

However, Jones has not been identified as his target opponent if he does choose to compete in MMA, as he instead opted to call out rising star Paddy Pimblett. "I have found out who I would like to fight if I did a UFC match. Paddy the Baddy (Pimblett)," Paul told the MMA Hour. "They say he is the next Conor McGregor right, he is super charismatic and entertaining as hell.

"He is on the come-up and young like me and has a real loud mouth. I like the way he can perform. I think I might have him on my podcast and say to him straight up 'I would like to fight you in the UFC'. He could get up to 185lbs and I could get down to 185lbs for a UFC match."
