LAS VEGAS – MMA Junkie was on scene and reporting live from Friday’s official UFC on ESPN 47 fighter weigh-ins.
The weigh-ins took place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. The same venue hosts Saturday’s event, which airs on ESPN and streams on ESPN+.
Among those weighing in were Sean Strickland (26-5 MMA, 13-5 UFC) and Abus Magomedov (25-4-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC), who meet in the middleweight main event.

It was a historic session in terms of speed. All 24 fighters on the card made weight in a total of just 29 minutes, which UFC officials said was the quickest official weigh-in to ever go down at the UFC Apex.
