UFC London Fight Card Gets Bolstered With Four Intriguing Additions

The UFC’s return to London is shaping up to be a night of thrilling action, as four new bouts have been added to the already stacked March 22nd card. The promotion recently made four more bouts official on social media. The UFC heads back to London in March and while not finalized, the fight card is filling up.

A Clash of Former Champions

The first of the newly announced fights pits former Cage Warriors champions against one another as Morgan Charriere takes on Nathaniel Wood. Charriere, known for his heavy hands and relentless pressure, is riding a two-fight win streak in the UFC. Wood, a crafty striker with underrated grappling, will be looking to snap a two-fight skid and get back into the win column. This clash of styles promises fireworks, with both men possessing the knockout power to end the fight at any moment.

Herbert vs. Padilla: A Battle of Styles

Next up, England’s Jai Herbert will lock horns with Chris Padilla of the United States. Herbert, a fan-favorite known for his aggressive striking and flashy submissions, is looking to rebound from a decision loss in his last outing. Padilla, a powerful striker with a knack for finishing fights, will be aiming to build on his first-round knockout victory in his UFC debut. This fight has the potential to be a stand-up war, with both men possessing the power to put their opponent away with a single shot.

Dos Santos vs. Kavanagh: Youth vs. Experience

The flyweight division gets some love with the addition of a clash between Felipe Dos Santos and Lone’er Kavanagh. Dos Santos, a highly touted prospect who has won all three of his professional fights by finish, is looking to make a statement in his UFC debut. Kavanagh, a seasoned veteran who has competed for some of the biggest promotions in Europe, will be looking to use his experience to stifle the young Brazilian’s momentum. This fight is a classic clash of youth versus experience, with both men possessing the skills to come out on top.

Loughran vs. Fletcher: A Lightweight Showdown

Rounding out the new additions is a lightweight scrap between Caolan Loughran and Nathan Fletcher. Loughran, a powerful striker with a submission game to fall back on, is coming off a win in his UFC debut. Fletcher, a well-rounded fighter with a strong wrestling base, will be looking to get back on track after a loss in his last fight. This fight has the potential to be a closely contested battle, with both men possessing the skills to win in a variety of ways.

With these four fights added to the mix, the UFC London fight card is shaping up to be a night of exciting action. Be sure to stay tuned for more updates on the event in the coming weeks.
