The UFC is back in its Las Vegas home base after a week off with middleweight contenders at the top of the bill.
Here’s how to watch UFC Fight Night 235 with 185-pound standouts in action.
Broadcast and streaming info
UFC Fight Night 235 has a main card that begins at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN+. The prelims stream on ESPN+, as well, beginning at 4 p.m. ET.
Watch MMA Junkie later this week for further broadcast details.
Main event: Roman Dolidze
At long last, Roman Dolidze (12-2 MMA, 6-2 UFC) has a chance to get back in the win column. He dropped a decision to Marvin Vettori in March 2023, but bookings against Derek Brunson and Jared Cannonier late this past year both fell through. A middleweight win over Nassourdine Imavov (12-4 MMA, 4-2 UFC) would give Dolidze five wins in his past six fights.
Main event: Nassourdine Imavov
Like Dolidze, Nassourdine Imavov (12-4 MMA, 4-2 UFC) no doubt has been itching to get a couple bad tastes out of his mouth. After a three-fight winning streak, he lost a decision to future champion Sean Strickland. A fight with Chris Curtis in June 2023 was a no contest after an accidental head clash. And this past October, Imavov pulled out of a matchup against Ikram Aliskerov. Now he gets a bounce-back opportunity in a headlining spot.
Co-main event: Drew Dober vs. Renato Moicano
After a lengthy layoff, Renato Moicano (17-5-1 MMA, 9-5 UFC) returns in the lightweight co-feature against Drew Dober (27-12 MMA, 13-8 UFC). Brazil’s Moicano has won three of his past four, but his most recent action was a first-round submission win over Brad Riddell in November 2022. Dober has won four of his past five. All four of those wins have been knockouts, and three have come with a fight night $50,000 bonus.
UFC debut: Marquel Mederos
A product of the FactoryX team in Colorado, Marquel Mederos (8-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC) punched his UFC ticket with a first-round knockout win on Dana White’s Contender Series this past October. Mederos has six of his eight wins by knockout, and he’s a slight favorite against Landon Quinones (7-2-1 MMA, 0-1 UFC) in their lightweight prelim.
UFC debut: Thomas Petersen
Thomas Petersen (8-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC) made his mark in the LFA, where he went 7-1 before he got a shot at the UFC through Dana White’s Contender Series this past fall. He lived up to his nearly 8-1 favorite status with a submission win over Chandler Cole and a UFC deal. Now he’ll take on Jamal Pogues (10-4 MMA, 1-1 UFC) on the prelims for his official debut.
