UFC Fight Night 232 video: Brendan Allen tells Paul Craig ‘don’t be pulling guard’ during tense faceoff

LAS VEGAS – There was no shortage of tension when Brendan Allen and Paul Craig came face-to-face for the first and only time before Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 232 main event.

After making weight on Friday morning at the UFC Apex, which is the same venue that hosts the card that streams on ESPN+, Allen (22-5 MMA, 10-2 UFC) and Craig (17-6-1 MMA, 9-6-1 UFC) engaged in a solid staredown.

Craig, who was dawning the face paint of his native Scotland, was locked in when he encountered Allen, who had a few things to say to his opponent, including telling Craig “don’t be pulling guard” when they step into the octagon.

Check out the video above for the staredown for the middleweight main event.
