The UFC is back on its home turf Saturday with UFC Fight Night 224 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. Women’s strawweights are at the top of the lineup.

UFC Fight Night 224 has a main card that begins at 7 p.m. ET and streams on ESPN+. The prelims stream on ESPN+ beginning at 4 p.m. ET.
Main event
In the headliner, women’s strawweights Mackenzie Dern (12-3 MMA, 7-3 UFC) and Angela Hill (15-12 MMA, 10-12 UFC) get top billing just a week after they were supposed to fight at UFC on ABC 4 in Charlotte. Their fight was moved to UFC Fight Night 224 for a hastily created headliner. Jiu-jitsu ace Dern has dropped two of her past three fights on the heels of a four-fight winning streak. She’ll be looking for her first win in 13 months. Hill, one of the busiest fighters on the entire UFC roster, has back-to-back wins over Loopy Godinez and Emily Ducote – who coincidentally fight each other on Saturday’s main card.
Co-main event
In the co-feature, Anthony Hernandez (10-2 MMA, 4-2 UFC) takes on Edmen Shahbazyan (12-3 MMA, 5-3 UFC) at middleweight. Hernandez is more than a 3-1 favorite at the betting window and comes in on a three-fight winning streak that started with a bonus-winning upset submission of Rodolfo Vieira. Shahbazyan got his first win in more than three years this past December when he put away Dalcha Lungiambula with a flying knee at UFC 282 to win a $50,000 Performance of the Night bonus.
