West Ham United are just one match away from winning their first major trophy in 43 years next month in Prague.
The Hammers take on Serie A side Fiorentina at the Fortuna Arena in Prague in the final of the Europa Conference League, with a major trophy and a place in next season’s Europa League up for grabs.
In their first cup final since 2006 and their first major European final since 1976, West Ham have had a superb record in Europe this term, winning 13 of their 14 matches, with the other ending in a 1-1 draw in the first leg of their quarter-final clash with Belgian side Gent last month.

Should West Ham be victorious against Fiorentina and win the competition, they would face a decision in terms of who is given a winners medal, or if they lose it, who will be given a runners-up medal.
As per UEFA law, both finalists will be handed 40 medals and it is up to the discretion of the club as to which of those players are awarded a medal.
In Europe this season, West Ham have used 32 different players across their 14 matches in Europe, having first entered the competition in the play-off qualifying round in August against Danish side Viborg.
The list of 32 includes centre-back Craig Dawson and right-back Harrison Ashby, who have since left the club permanently in moves to join Premier League rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers and Newcastle United respectively.
However, first-choice goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski has not made a single European appearance this season, with Alphonse Areola playing every minute so far in Europe this term. Like Fabianski, third-choice goalkeeper Joseph Anang, who has been in the senior squad since returning on loan from Derby County in January, has also not played in Europe, despite featuring on the bench regularly.
Of those 40 medals, some are likely to go members of the club’s coaching staff as well, potentially handing West Ham a dilemma in terms of which players and staff are given winners/runners-up medals to after the final.
