UAE Defense Ministry: Launcher Used to Fire Ballistic Missiles at Abu Dhabi Destroyed in Yemen

The United Arab Emirates' Ministry of Defense Operations Command announced on Monday that it has destroyed a launcher in Yemen that was used to fire ballistic missiles on Abu Dhabi.

In a tweet, the ministry said an F-16 destroyed a ballistic missile launcher in al-Jawf, immediately after it launched two ballistic missiles at Abu Dhabi.

"They were successfully intercepted by our air defense systems," it added.
