The United States will look at additional tools and authorities that may be used to counter North Korean military aid to Russia, State Department spokesperson Ned Price told reporters on Wednesday.
White House National Security spokesperson John Kirby said the United States has information that indicates North Korea is covertly supplying Russia with a "significant" number of artillery shells for its war in Ukraine.
