Tyson Fury believes Dillian Whyte has already raised the white flag ahead of their heavyweight clash.
The British rivals will clash at Wembley on April 23 when Fury puts his world title on the line for the second time.
Whyte has remained silent since the purse bid was held and opted to remain at his training camp in Portugal rather than fly to London for today's press conference.
And Fury said: "I'm not concerned because this is the Tyson Fury roadshow, it's never about the opponent.
"He's ugly anyway, this is about me and celebrating my legacy and celebrating it on the biggest stage possible.
"It doesn't matter who it is, it's always going to be the Tyson Fury roadshow.
"He's definitely raised the white flag for this fight. He doesn't want to go face to face because he would see the fire in my eyes and know he's getting smashed to bits. It's fear, it's terror and I don't blame him for not being here today."
Fury stopped Deontay Wilder last October to retain his world title and had hoped to fight for the undisputed crown.
But he was unable to agree a deal with Anthony Joshua for the Brit to step aside and allow Fury to face fellow champion OIeksandr Usyk.
But Fury has promised to put on a show at the national stadium after five successive fights in America.
"It's been a rollercoaster of a ride; I've been across the ocean and now after four years away I get to come back to Wembley Stadium with almost 100,000 fans there," he added.
"I believe it's the biggest British heavyweight fight since Lennox Lewis vs Frank Bruno. It's a fantastic fight, I know Dillian Whyte is going to come in prepared.
"Who knows, it could be me who gets chinned but I think when I land the Lancaster Bomber on his jaw it'll be over
"It could be over in round one or in round six but I don't think it will go past that."

Whyte reportedly made a list of demands before he would agree to appear at the press conference - including a private jet.
But he felt those demands were not met - and his absence was slammed by Frank Warren.
"This is huge, this is the largest purse ever paid to British boxers on UK soil," said the veteran promoter.
"I'm delighted, we're at Wembley, it doesn't get much bigger than this and it's going to be a special night.
"The atmosphere is going to be brilliant. All we need is the other side of the card to show up.
"He signed a contract which he left to the last minute and now he's trying to re-negotiate. Thats why we had a period to agree terms.
"He wanted a private jet to fly him in and out today. We said we would do that, in writing, but we didn't hear back.
"I've never heard of a fighter not turning up to a press conference. Dillian Whyte is in Portugal and he should be here. It's disgraceful that he's not here; it's madness."
