Tyson Fury has described Saturday night’s encounter with Derek Chisora as an “end of an era” fight.

The pair meet for the third time at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this weekend for the WBC heavyweight title with Fury predicting he could end the career of his rival.

“This fight is an end of an era,” he said. “It’s sad for me to see this.”

Of the prospect of inflicting a last career defeat of 38-year-old Chisora’s career on him, Fury said: “I think that’s very possible or he might give me my first loss.

“We’re going to stand in the middle of the ring and batter the f**k out of each other.”

Fury and Chisora came face to face at the media workout at BT Sport studios in London on Tuesday with Chisora warning his opponent, “I’m going to knock you out”.

In response, Fury said: “I’m going to knock you out. Let’s stand in the middle of the ring and batter the f**k out of each other.”
