Heavyweight champion Tyson Fury is open to facing Logan Paul in the WWE after the YouTube star challenged him to a wrestling match.
Paul made his WWE debut in a tag team match alongside legendary wrestler The Miz against Rey Mysterio and his son Dominick in April, jokingly going on to state the match was his first win in combat sports. Fans were impressed with Paul's physical ability in the ring especially given it was his wrestling debut and he later signed an long-term deal with the organisation.
While goading Fury's brother Tommy for pulling out of two scheduled meetings with his brother Jake, Paul recently challenged Fury to wrestle him in the ring. "Tyson Fury, your brother wasn't man enough to fight my brother but I am man enough to wrestle you in WWE. I know you're 7'4", I know your 500lb but size don't matter in that ring. In that squared circle, come meet me in the WWE and I'll take you out," he told reporters.
Fury has now welcomed Paul's call out as he told iDBoxing of a potential WWE match against Paul: "Yeah, never say never, I'm a massive WWE fan. I think it'll be a great fight between him and Roman Reigns. I was impressed with his debut, you've got to him as he's doing well." Paul is set to challenge Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship next month.
'The Gypsy King', who made his WWE debut at the organisation's Crown Jewel event in 2019, gatecrashed the undisputed WWE Universal Championship match in Cardiff last month. Fury appeared from the crowd to land a punch on Austin Theory’s head in his latest cameo WWE appearance.

Fury's children are big fans of WWE and the heavyweight champion hasn't ruled out a potential switch to wrestling once he retires from fighting. "At the moment I'm a heavyweight world champion, and I have plenty of fights I have to take care of over the next few years,” he said. “But I really, really have a passion for WWE. Never say never.”
WWE legend Paul 'Triple H' Levesque also backed Fury to have a future in the organisation as he told iFL TV last month: "We've done stuff with Tyson before and he takes it very seriously, he puts in the effort and work.
"I was with Tyson Fury at our performance centre training with him in Orlando, the effort is there. When you have people like that who come in, massive fans, respect what we do and are willing to put in the grind, you respect them and want to see them get that opportunity."
