Tyson Fury mocks "p****" Oleksandr Usyk after Anthony Joshua training offer

Tyson Fury has torn into "p****" Oleksandr Usyk after his potential rival offered to train Anthony Joshua for their potential all-British showdown.

The 'Gypsy King' has confirmed he will not be retiring from boxing and originally eyed a shot at Usyk for the undisputed titles after he defeated Joshua for a second time. However the fight will now not take place until next year, which has seen the WBC champion offer 'AJ' the chance to challenge for his crown, which he accepted and received the contract.

Fury initially claimed he would move on from the clash after Joshua missed his rival's 10-day deadline to sign the deal and confirm the fight. However he has today performed a U-turn and revealed negotiations remain ongoing but expects his British rival to sign the contract in the next 24 hours.

Usyk has offered to train Joshua for the fight against Fury, but the champion is having none of it writing on Twitter : "Maybe you can lend him your nuts middleweight? Don't be a p**** like your big pal." Joshua recently lost to Usyk for a second time and was eyeing a rebuild against a top fifteen contender in December.

However talks remain ongoing for him to finally settle the scores with Fury in a bid to pull off an upset and claim status as a three-time world heavyweight champion. Joshua is currently trained by American coach Robert Garcia who replaced Robert McCracken for the second meeting with Usyk in Saudi Arabia last month.

And the Ukrainian star believes he could come over to the UK and help Joshua come up with a master plan to dethrone the champion. "If he needs my help, I will go to his camp and help him," he told Sky Sports. "He is not 40 years old, he is 33, so he should keep working – Anthony, don't stop. I understand that he wanted to win against me, but Anthony can't give up. He must go forward."

His manager later doubled down on the offer, adding: "He said if needed he might come and give him a couple of [pieces of] advice." Usyk outclassed Joshua on two occasions, and is eyeing a shot at Fury himself in the future for all of the marbles.

For now it appears Fury's fight with Joshua could now be back on with Fury revealing the terms of agreement are close to being sealed during a lengthy social media rant. "Right, Anthony Joshua, where do we stand? So the deadline was Monday, Frank Warren asked me and convinced me to let it carry on for another couple of days. Today is Thursday and even though I knew you wouldn't sign this contract I allowed Frank to continue.

"They are happy with everything, they're all happy, ready to rock-and-roll. Now, Joshua, the ball is really in your court, son. Everybody is done, if you're a man and you've got any sort of dignity and pride about you, you'll get this contract signed today."
