Tyson Fury makes "47p" offer to "sausage" Dillian Whyte after fresh demand made

Tyson Fury has offered Dillian Whyte 47p after he claimed his rival has demanded payment to attend a press conference to announce the fight.

The 'Gypsy King' has been ordered to defend his WBC title against Whyte next with the bout set to take place on April 23 at Wembley Stadium.

It remains unclear if the contracts have been officially signed for the bout but Fury has now claimed that Whyte has made a fresh financial demand.

Fury recorded a message for Whyte on social media, shouting: "I just heard that little sausage Dillian Whyte wants paying to turn up for a press conference. You little silly fat sausage, you’re getting that [a fist], you coward."

He later continued: "Hi guys, just a quick one. I'm setting up a Just Giving page for Dilian Whyte so he can show up to the press conference and I'm going to donate first.

"My donation is 47p, you useless dosser."

Fury has continued his relentless pursuit of Whyte on social media as uncertainty remains over their illustrious heavyweight tilt.

Frank Warren won the purse bids to stage the event with a bumper £31 million offer trumping the rival bid from Eddie Hearn who was acting on behalf of Whyte.

Whyte has remained largely silent since the purse bids took place posting just a blunt two-word message on social media.

Fury has slammed Whyte's stance over the potential contract but he looks set to accept the fight despite being unhappy with the financial reward.

The purse split was declared at 80 per cent in the champion's favour with Fury set to earn a career-high £20 million with his rival set to earn £6 million.

His rival has not fought since avenging a defeat to Alexander Povetkin in March last year but is understood to be training ahead of the clash.

Fury has claimed that he will not go into the clash with a gameplan and is prepared to fight at all costs to secure victory.

He has also boldly predicted that he will chop Whyte down "like a tree".

"I just think he is an average looking heavyweight," Fury said. "6 feet three inches, 245 pounds, slow feet, slow hands and average power.

"Talk about tailor-made for a gifted boxer like myself, I should chop him down like a big old tree like cutting through cheese really."

An extra incentive will be available for both fighters on the night with a portion of the purse held back and given to the winner as a prize.

A special 'British themed' belt has also been made by the organisation to commemorate the event which will also be handed to the eventual champion.

The winner of the clash is likely to set up a potential undisputed clash against the winner of Anthony Joshua's rematch with Oleksandr Usyk which is set to take place shortly afterwards.
