Tyson Fury issues step-aside ultimatum to "bums" Anthony Joshua and Dillian Whyte

Tyson Fury has issued a strong message to "bum" Anthony Joshua and Dillian Whyte as he awaits their decisions ahead of a potential undisputed clash against Oleksandr Usyk.

Fury has been mandated to face Dillian Whyte with purse bids set to be ordered today if no agreement can be reached to face Usyk.

This would involve a step-aside deal with Anthony Joshua who is contracted to face the Ukrainian in a rematch after losing his unified titles last year.

The 'Gypsy King' has issued a strongly word on message to hurry a decision on Twitter, speaking in a video : "Tick tick f****** tick tock is the subject of today. Is Dillian Whyte going to fight me, is Anthony Joshua going to step aside?.

"Let me know because I am sick of looking at these bums and sick of listening to their excuses. Tick tick tock the time has run out of the bottle and you are all getting a good hiding, you cowards."

Fury's promoter Bob Arum revealed talks were ongoing for a clash between Fury and Usyk earlier this week despite both men being occupied with other options against Joshua and Whyte.

However a report from the Telegraph suggested that Joshua had decided to accept a £15 million step-aside deal to allow Fury to face Usyk for all the marbles, before facing the winner.

However 'AJ' released a social media video of his own that quickly moved to dismiss the reports and has admitted he is still yet to make a decision on negotiations.

Any step-aside deal would also have to include Whyte who Fury has been ordered to defend his WBC title against next with negotiations stalling over the purse split.

Purse bids are expected to be ordered in the coming days if no breakthrough is made with negotiations which would see Fury face Whyte while Joshua would meet Usyk in a revenge bid.

Whyte's step-aside fee is set to be around £5 million also but there an no official talks having been made public with regards to any offer.

Usyk's promoter Alex Krassyuk has admitted he sees both scheduled bouts taking place as opposed to any bout between Fury and his charge.

"Talks were ongoing for Fury to fight Usyk and AJ to fight the winner but then Dillian Whyte got called as mandatory and had to come into the talks, which made it a lot harder and everyone gave up," he told Boxing Social.

“The plan now is AJ vs Usyk and Fury vs Whyte but those other talks do still rumble on, if I had to bet on the next fights that take place, it would be the two scheduled fights taking place.

“But there is a strong desire to find a way to have an undisputed fight with AJ fighting the winner - and without Dillian I think this would have happened.”
