Tyson Fury calls out The Rock and Mike Tyson for ‘Hollywood’ exhibition fights after boxing retirement

Tyson Fury is eyeing money-spinning exhibition fights against the likes of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Mike Tyson once he finally retires from professional boxing.

While still open to a heavyweight unification fight against the winner of Anthony Joshua’s rematch against Oleksandr Usyk, the world champion is setting his sights on “Hollywood-style” showdowns with famous faces.

Having previously competed in WWE, Fury, 33, appears happy to return to wrestling for the exhibitions or step back into the ring and face a veteran such as Tyson or Lennox Lewis.

“This is not professional boxing, this is pure entertainment, Hollywood-style entertainment,” he told GMB on Wednesday. “That is all it is – nothing more, nothing less.

“The difference with the exhibition is you’re not there to win or lose; you’re there to enjoy it, have a good time and to put a show on for the fans.

“You can fight old-timers, famous people or whoever you want. So, I am looking at fighting Mike Tyson, Lennox Lewis, Frank Bruno. Even someone like Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, that would be fantastic.

“You never know who we could be fighting in one of these shows, but that is what I am open to in the upcoming future.”
