Tyson Fury has treated himself to a brand new Porsche Taycan worth £140,000 after his recent win, contradicting his claim about driving a Volkswagen Passat.
Heavyweight champion Fury earned a huge £22million purse for his knockout of Dillian Whyte last month at Wembley. The Brit has claimed he is now retired and even considers himself an undisputed champion despite not holding all the belts.
The 33-year-old has splashed out a portion of his prize money on a brand new Porsche, swapping it for his old Ferrari F12. Fury's purchase of the all-electric sports comes just two weeks after he claimed to still drive around in a 2007 Volskwagen Passat
"I drive around in an 07 Passat on 56 point diesel. I don't care, I don't care what I've got. It's never been about money with me. I know a lot of people with money, big money - but none of them are happy," he said after knocking out Whyte.

"Every good dog has its day. I know Frank (Warren) and Top Rank will be unhappy about that, there's a lot of money to be earned. But, for me, I come from f*** all, I come from nothing. It's never been about money, I'm not a money person."
Fury's decision to retire has been criticised as an undisputed clash with the winner of Oleksandr Usyk's rematch against Anthony Joshua seems imminent. 'The Gypsy King' has dismissed both of the potnetial matchups and insists he has nothing left to prove in the ring.
It seems the Brit won't be retiring from competing entirely, as he is still open to taking exhibition fights. One of which could be against UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou, who climbed into the ring with Fury and teased a 'hybrid-rules' fight after he knocked out Whyte.
Not everyone is buying Fury's retirement claim, as his wife Paris and promoter Bob Arum think he will fight. Fury's training partner Joseph Parker also told Mirror Fighting that he thinks the Brit should continue his career.
If Fury's retirement is final, he ends his 14-year boxing career with a remarkable 32 wins and no losses. He is unsure what the future holds but said he will enjoy carryring out day to day tasks such as taking his kids to school.
“I’ve got school runs with the kids, I’ve got my bin trips to the tip, washing cars down, haircuts, shaves, hoovering, cleaning up. The normal day-to-day stuff at home with the kids, family and wife. Weekends, I look forward to my weekends, I train all week," he said.
