Tyrone GAA All Ireland winner Conor McKenna is hoping to have as much success off the field as on it after opening a new coffee shop business in the Moy.
The Eglish man has set up Ryco Coffee House in the Co Tyrone town with brother Ryan, a former Tyrone GAA player as well.
Having returned home following a hugely successful career in the AFL in Australia two years ago, Conor was part of the Tyrone senior team who took home the county’s fourth All Ireland title last September.

Speaking to MyTyrone, Conor said the business is still in its early days but he has been happy with the local response so far.
“It’s going good so far, we opened about three weeks ago on the 12th February,” Conor said.
“Myself and Ryan decided when we were in Australia it was something we wanted to do.
“In the last six months to a year we started to get serious about it and we found a wee spot here in the Moy that we liked and plucked up the courage and went for it.
“It’s been going really well, we’ve had great support from local people and also ones further away."
The Moy has become a hive of activity for local foodies and coffee fans in recent years, and Ryco is the latest addition to that list.
He added: “There’s a few places like Brew, the Moy Larder and Jimmy’s, for such a small town it seems to be booming.
“People say it’s competition but it’s good to get people into the town and they have the choice then of a few different places.
“It’s all good and it’s just good to support each other."
Following his stint in the AFL and brother Ryan having spent time down under, they wanted to bring a small part of the lifestyle there back home.
“Whenever people go to Melbourne or Sydney, it’s coffee mad there," he said.
“I got the idea from there, rather than going for a beer during the week, it was going for a coffee and meeting up with a friend, that was something we wanted to bring back to home.
“We talked about it and joked about but to actually think within two years of being home I had opened a coffee shop, I would never have said it was going to happen.
“But I’ve really enjoyed it now and enjoying the process of it, myself and Ryan have just took the plunge and ready to give it a crack.”
