The Rams aren’t afraid to trade draft picks for proven players. They’ve shown that by acquiring Jalen Ramsey, Matthew Stafford and Von Miller, among others.
The Dolphins aren’t afraid to part with picks, either. They struck a blockbuster trade with the Chiefs for All-Pro receiver Tyreek Hill, sending Kansas City five draft picks – including a first- and second-rounder this year.
During his introductory press conference Thursday, Hill was asked about the Dolphins’ aggressive push and he says they used the Rams’ strategy: “F them picks.”
“Just like they say on the Rams. F them picks, man. F them picks at the end of the day,” he said, laughing.

Les Snead wore a T-shirt at the Rams’ parade that had that patented phrase on it, and he even told the crowd in L.A. that they’ll use them “to go win more Super Bowls.
It worked to perfection last season as the Rams won it all in Stafford’s first season, and they hope to do the same next year, too.
