Tyreek Hill and Chris Jones had a war of words after the Dolphins WR talked trash about the Chiefs

Tyreek Hill is still fond of his Kansas City Chiefs teammates, but he’s made it clear he wants to embarrass them when the Miami Dolphins visit next season. Given the All-Pro’s capacity to leave any defense in the dust, he’ll likely live up to his promise. It also might be one of the last notable moments of Hill’s career before retiring relatively soon.

But Hill proclaiming he’ll “hate” to throw up his famous peace sign after scoring a touchdown didn’t sit well with one of the Chiefs’ best defenders: Chris Jones.

On Twitter, the fellow All-Pro and 2022 Defensive Player of the Year finalist responded to an article about Hill’s mission to humiliate the Chiefs. What ensued was a tense but somehow still friendly war of words:

In response to Jones, Hill professed he’ll put a massive block on the defensive tackle. Note: Jones weighs a listed 310 pounds. Hill weighs a listed 191 pounds.

Interesting plan!

Jones would book-end the conversation with a fitting note: Hill’s sole peace sign will come when the game ends, and the Dolphins have apparently lost.

It’s early April, and we don’t even know when Chiefs-Dolphins will take place. But I already want to watch these potential fireworks.
