Tyler Higbee showed incredible resilience and perseverance to work his way back from a torn ACL and MCL, as well as offseason shoulder surgery, returning to the field in Week 16 against the New York Jets. He’s ramped up his workload since then and was off to his best start of the season Monday night against the Minnesota Vikings but the injury bug bit again.
Higbee suffered a chest injury in the second quarter and was forced to exit the game. That came after he caught five passes for 58 yards on the Rams’ first two drives, leading the team in both categories in the early going.
