Two women sexually assaulted on busy Victoria and Circle line Tube trains

Police want to identify this man after two women were sexually assaulted on busy London Underground trains this summer.

On May 8, a woman was sexually assaulted on board a Circle line train at Liverpool Street station.

Then on July 1, a different woman was sexually assaulted on board a Victoria Line train at Seven Sisters underground station, said the British Transport Police.

Detectives said they are investigating a series of sexual assaults on the Tube network and are treating the two sex attacks as linked.

The man pictured “may have information” which could help with the investigation, a British Transport Police spokesperson said.

Anyone who recognises him is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 612 of 1 July.

Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
