Two women were rescued from a house fire in North Belfast in the early hours of the morning.
The fire service was called to a fire in a first floor apartment in the Springvale Gardens area of Ligoniel at around 2am on Friday, May 26.
Eight fire appliances were sent to the scene with firefighters being joined by members of the ambulance service.

Two women were rescued from the property and placed in the care of paramedics while firefighters dealt with the blaze.
The incident was dealt with just over two hours later at 4.23am.
The fire service has said that it believes the fire was started accidentally.
A Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service (NIFRS) Spokesperson said: “NIFRS was called to a fire in a first floor apartment in a sheltered housing development in Springvale Gardens, Ligoniel at 2.04am on Friday 26 May 2023.
“Eight Fire Appliances attended the incident – two from Springfield, two from Whitla, two from Lisburn, one from Cadogan and one from Central Fire Stations.
“Firefighters rescued two women and a man who were then taken into the care of Northern Ireland Ambulance Service. The Firefighters used four jets to extinguish the fire.
“The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental ignition and the incident was dealt with by 4.23am.”
