Wetherspoons has closed down two pubs for good - while dozens more remain up for sale.
The Cliftonville in Hove, East Sussex, and The Willow Grove in Southport, Merseyside, were closed on Sunday last week.
Meanwhile another site, The Sir John Stirling Maxwell in Glasgow, will be shutting officially later this month on March 26.
It comes as dozens of Wetherspoons pubs across the country have been earmarked for closure and are currently up for sale. They will likely be closed down if no buyer is found.
Meanwhile, 13 are currently under offer - meaning offers have been received but no sale decision has been made.
In good news for fans, all sites are to remain trading as Wetherspoons until a sale has been officially completed, and will likely continue for a bit of time afterwards until the plan for the site is announced by Wetherspoons.

Wetherspoons is one of the most popular pub chains in the UK and have over 800 sites across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The chain also employs around 43,000 people.
Wetherspoons announced that it was to close around 35 sites last year, with the chain's boss Tim Martin blaming the current situation the pub is in, as a result of both the Covid-19 pandemic and rising prices for things like food, energy, and maintenance.
While the chain's sales increased towards the end of 2022, its like-for-like sales were still down 2% from its 2019 levels.
