Two victims left 'distressed' after armed robbery in Belfast city centre

Two people have been left "distressed" following an armed robbery in Belfast city centre. They were approached by two suspects on Alfred Street at around 9pm on Thursday, June 23.

One of the suspects was armed with a Stanley type knife, which was put against the male victim's stomach over his clothing. They demanded his wallet, with this and bank cards being subsequently stolen.

One suspect is described as having light coloured hair, and was wearing a dark coloured jacket with blue jeans. The second male was wearing a grey tracksuit and grey coloured top.
