They were remanded in custody to await a plea hearing at Chester Crown Court on Friday, July 29.

Cheshire Police said the charges followed a joint operation with Merseyside Police into an alleged “county lines” drug conspiracy from April to June 2022.

The phrase “county line” refers to the use of phones to control drug supply in towns and villages from a city base.
