Two people have been rushed to hospital following a two car smash in Fife. Emergency services were called to the B9131 near Dunino at around 10.55am on Wednesday, 23 November, following reports of a collision.
Authorities temporarily closed the road to allow emergency services to care for the casualties and clear debris. Images from the scene show heavy traffic as fire crews and police tended to the incident.
The drivers of both vehicles were taken to hospital by ambulance. Their condition is currently unknown.
The road was reopened around 1.10pm.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers were called to a report of a two car crash on the B9131 near Dunino, Fife around 10.55am on Wednesday, 23 November, 2022.
“Both drivers were taken to hospital by ambulance. The road was reopened around 1.10pm.”
