Two pass rush prospects emerge on MSU’s 2025 recruiting board

There is no secret, Michigan State has a problem in the pass rushing department and there needs to be an influx of talent added to the pipeline. Rush ends coach Chad Wilt has now identified two prospects in the 2025 recruiting class that has emerged on the Spartans recruiting board.

Brooks Williams and Evan Ward both had phone calls with Wilt on Tuesday evening, beginning the recruiting process. Both have expressed a desire to visit East Lansing.

Williams is from Port Saint Lucie (FL), attending St. Lucie West Centennial. He is a 6’6″, 220 pound 3-star prospect currently committed to USF, holding an additional offer from Syracuse.

Ward, a former USF commit, is from Peachtree City, Georgia, and attends McIntosh High School. He is a 6’5″, 230-pound edge prospect that is also a 3-star. He will be visiting Virginia this weekend.

Neither prospect has officially received an MSU offer yet, but be on the lookout for that to change and these recruitments to heat up.
