Two new vintage shops open doors in Dublin city centre

Dublin city centre now has two new vintage shops, with one opening in Temple Bar and another one on Fade Street.

Thrifters and vintage lovers will be happy to know about these new openings as they will be able to find a range of stunning fits for men and women. There are clothes from the 50s-90s as well as some fabulous Y2K fits, sportswear and popular brands.

The two new places are The Big Smoke Vintage which opened doors at 2 Merchant’s Arch, Temple Bar and 35 Vintage which opened a new store on Fade Street.

The Big Smoke Vintage has three rooms full of fantastic handpicked vintage clothing for men and women. They have a huge selection of vintage dresses dating from the 50s-90s, starting at just €18, as well as retro sportswear with prices starting at just €10.

They also have a selection of denims, leathers, Harley Davidson and now also zero waste reworks. According to their Instagram page, everything is sourced and handmade from dead stock fabrics and vintage in Dublin.

They are open Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 6pm and on Sunday from 12pm to 5pm. You can take a look at some of their vintage items on their Instagram page here.

Meanwhile, popular vintage store 35 Vintage has just opened it's new bright-orange store on Fade Street. To celebrate the opening, their staff have also updated the inventory and there are a huge number of high-quality, vintage items available.

35 vintage, which was previously 35mm Vintage, have said they are "changing up what we usually stock BIG TIME with our new Dublin Store". They added that shoppers can expect lots of more Y2K and womenswear alongside their regular stuff.
