Two more people have been charged with the murder of Antonios Antoniadis in Lewisham.
Mr Antoniadis, aged in his late 20s, was found with stab wounds in Florence Terrace on July 14 and was rushed to hospital. He died there two weeks later, on July 21.
Joshua McCorquodale was arrested on July 29 and charged with Mr Antoniadis’ murder the following day, said the Met on Tuesday.
McCorquodale, 20, from Camden, appeared in custody at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (July 31).
Another man has also been charged. Shian Johnson, 25, from Camden was arrested on July 28 and charged the following day with murder. He appeared in custody at Bromley Magistrates’ Court last Tuesday (July 30).
Two others had already been charged with murder. Sofian Alliche, 19, and a 17-year-old who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at the Old Bailey on July 29.
A trial date has been set for June 2025.
Three further arrests have been made in connection with the investigation
Three men – two aged 19, and one aged 20 – were arrested on July 28 and 29 on suspicion of assisting an offender. They were taken into custody and were later bailed to return pending further enquiries.
