Two-month-old baby tragically dies just weeks after mum's untimely death

A two-month-old baby has tragically died just weeks after his mum.

Danny Naughton was the adored son of Paul Morrison and mum Emma Naughton, who tragically passed away following an illness on February 27.

The 25-year-old, from Oranmore, Co Galway, had given birth to twins on January 25th, which one family member said brought the recently deceased young mother “joy beyond her wildest dreams.”

It read: “Danny will be very sadly missed and mourned by his loving Dad, Paul Morrison and by his twin brother Kai, by his grandparents Pauline Naughton and Tom Heavey, his great-grandparents and members of the Naughton, Heavey, Morrison and O’Connell families.”

Tributes poured in for the heartbroken family following the news, with dozens expressing their sympathies.
