Butler Jr., announced on Wednesday that divers located a red pickup truck submerged in approximately 25 feet of water.

Col. Butler Jr. stated, 'Divers recovered two victims of this tragedy who were trapped within the vehicle.' The families of the deceased workers have been notified by the Maryland State Police.

The workers were engaged in filling potholes on the bridge at the time of the incident. They hailed from Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras, according to officials.
