Police are urgently searching for two children who vanished four days ago, sparking growing concern for their safety.
Elise and Elliot, both from Banbury in Oxfordshire, were last seen on Wednesday, and officers believe the pair is still together. Thames Valley Police say the children also have known links to Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire — about 30 miles away — and could be anywhere between the two locations.
Details such as their surnames or ages haven’t been released, but the force is calling on the public to help track them down.
In a statement, a police spokesperson said: “We are concerned for the welfare of two missing children from Banbury, Oxfordshire. Elise and Elliot are believed to be together and have been missing since 16 April. They have links to Banbury and Milton Keynes.”
The force has not released further information about the circumstances of their disappearance, but with several days now passed and no confirmed sightings, officers say they’re becoming increasingly worried.
Anyone who sees the children or has any information about where they might be is being urged to contact Thames Valley Police immediately.
As the search continues, locals are sharing the appeal across social media in the hope of reuniting Elise and Elliot with their families as soon as possible.
