Two men have been rushed to hospital after a disturbance in Glasgow's east end.
Police were called to reports of the rammy on Haymarket Street in the Carntyne area around 5pm on Friday. Ambulance crews joined officers at the scene and the pair, both aged 45, were taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
Their present condition is unknown. Glasgow Live understands that both men were stabbed in the disturbance however police on Wednesday refused to confirm this.

Police said enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Officers were called to reports of a disturbance on Haymarket Street, Glasgow, around 5pm on Friday, August 5, 2022. Two men, both aged 45, have been taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
“Officers remain at the scene and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
On Wednesday the Scottish Ambulance Service (SAS) confirmed that they were called to the scene just before 5pm.
A SAS spokesperson told Glasgow Live: “We received a call at 4.59pm to attend an incident on Haymarket Street, Glasgow on August 5. One ambulance attended the scene and two patients were transported to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow.”
