Two men charged over Dagenham shooting that left 23-year-old in hospital

Two men have been charged in connection with a shooting in Dagenham that left a 23-year-old man in hospital.

Luke Parr, 23, has been charged with possession of ammunition with intent to endanger life and manufacturing firearms and ammunition. He is due in court later on Wednesday.

Troy Eugene, also 23, was charged with attempted murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and possession of a firearm. He appeared in court on Tuesday.

A 22 -year-old woman was arrested on 10 June on suspicion of attempted murder and possession of a firearm. She was bailed pending further enquiries.

The arrests follow a shooting on Wren Road in Dagenham on June 5 at about 1.05pm.

At the scene paramedics found a 23-year-old man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to hospital where his injuries were not life threatening or life changing.
