Two men were arrested after a police operation uncovered a £1million cannabis cultivation at a Scottish industrial estate this week.
Officers carried out the drugs raid at Righead Industrial Estate in Bellshill on September 24 at around 5pm, where they discovered the farm with a street value of £1m.
Two men, aged 22 and 24, have been arrested and appeared at court.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Around 5pm on September 24, 2022, officers discovered a cannabis cultivation site within premises in Righead Industrial Estate, Earn Road, Bellshill.
"The discovery is estimated to have a street value of up to £1m. Two men, aged 22 and 24 were arrested in connection with the recovery and were due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on September 26, 2022.”
