Two lads in Leeds pub beer garden go viral after CCTV captures them falling backwards off bench

Punters enjoying some beers in the heatwave have gone viral after falling off a bench and being left in hysterics.

Award-winning Hare and House in Batley Road, Tingley, left viewers saying they "can't stop laughing" after they shared the clip. To young men were seen sat on a beer garden bench with two females.

The girls, thought to be their girlfriends, went to get a few drinks at the bar and came back to an unexpected site. A CCTV clip shows one lad show the other something on his phone.

As they laughed in unison and threw their heads back the beer garden bench went with them. The drinks fell off the table and they were sat with a bench on top off them and uncontrollably laughing.

Both ladies who were out for the day with them came back and helped them get out of the bench, before laughing at the incident. The popular pub could not resist sharing what they witnessed on their CCTV cameras.

In a post on Facebook, owners, who brand the spot a 'charming pub', said: "We've heard about being desperate for some shade but these boys in our beer garden this tea time, took it to another level. Stay safe in the sun - even numbers either side of the benches.

"Thanks for being a good sport boys." The clip has raked in thousands of viewers who delighted in the hilarious moment.

Eileen Booth said: "Sorry I can't stop laughing lads. Send it to you've been framed." Andy Silkstone added: "Chuckle brothers on fire."

It has since amassed more than 20,000 views and hundreds of comments. The Hare and Hounds pub has revelled in the heatwave and sees many customers, like the viral punters, enjoying their outdoor area.

Customers can get four bottles of bottled beer for £10, four bottles of cider for £12, and two cocktails for £10. The spot is open today from 12pm until 11pm.
