Two Buchanan Street buildings hit the market for nearly £10 million with residential development plans in place

Two prime retail buildings on Glasgow's busiest shopping street have been put up for sale for nearly £10million.

Nespresso and EE are currently letting 60-64 Buchanan Street, however, plans are in place for 14 residential units within the upper parts of the property to be developed.

The builidings are being sold together, therefore, they cannot be bought seperately.

Number 64, which was built in 1991, is currently home to Nespresso and boasts five floors, including a basement, and is a building of masonry construction.

Number 60-62, which is the home of EE, comprimises of six floors and was built in 1850.

Both buildings are in close proxomity to the Buchanan Street Underground Station and Glasgow Queen Street.

If you happen to have £9,750,000 to spare you could be the proud owner of the city centre properties.
