My oh my, Ohio State is off to the races early against Wisconsin. After an opening drive for a touchdown, safety Tanner McCalister picked off Graham Mertz to put the Buckeyes deep in Badger territory.
From there it didn’t take long for C.J. Stroud to find tight end Cade Stover wide open in the flat on a misdirection pass play. Stover raced to the corner of the goal line where he met a Wisconsin defender and was somersaulted into the endzone. The score put Ohio State up by a score of 14-0 early in the first quarter.
