The Tennessee Titans (5-2) found a way to win their fifth straight game on Sunday as they beat the Houston Texans (1-5-1), 17-10. The game wasn’t nearly as close as the score indicates.
Truthfully, it wasn’t pretty by any means. However, this was a complete beat down by a Titans team that ultimately relied on their top-notch ground game and defense in order to win.
Per usual against the Texans, Derrick Henry went bonkers. Not only did Henry break the all-time franchise touchdown record, but the King also recorded his fourth straight 200-yard, two-touchdown game over Houston.
In total, the Titans ran for 314 yards, while the Texans were held to only 161 total yards on the day.
As you would imagine, Henry’s historical day combined with their fifth straight win has left the fanbase in a relatively good mood. Let’s take a look at how Titans twitter celebrated both the victory and Henry’s legendary day.

#Titans literally ran over the #Texans with Derrick Henry who went for 219 yards on 32 carries with 2 TDs. That's what you do when you have a-Henry and b-rookie starting at QB.

The #Titans are about to have their best offensive performance of the season from a total yards standpoint in a game where they only attempt 10 forward passes.

IF* I’m the Texans I’m filing a petition to leave AFC South until D. Henry retires. This is ridiculous. Man goes for 2 bills every time he sees them… EVERY TIME
