Chocolate lovers have been fuming after noticing changes to the Twirl bars in Cadbury's Heroes Christmas tubs.
The mini bars have been swapped out for two full-sized alternatives in this year's Heroes tubs. Instead of having several miniature bitesize Twirl bars, as usual, the brand has instead opted for two full-size versions instead.
It comes after Cadbury issued an announcement in September warning buyers of a major shake-up in the run up to Christmas. They put the changes down to supply issues, but didn't say what the root cause was.

A spokesman for Mondelez – the company that owns Cadbury – said: "To ensure we can continue to bring our loyal consumers the products they know and love, we have temporarily substituted bitesize Cadbury Twirl in Heroes Tubs, to the slightly larger Cadbury Twirl 21g. Rest-assured consumers can enjoy the same amount of chocolate as before with the overall weight of the product remaining the same."
But Twirl fans have still taken to social media to express their confusion over the lack of mini Twirls. Taking to Twitter, Laura said: "Hi @CadburyUK any reason why I’ve not got any twirls in my hero’s just two long ones? #heros #Cadbury #twirl."
Another said: "They're now putting entire twirl bars into the Heroes tubs??? @CadburyUK what is the meaning of this?" Meanwhile, a third added: "Excuse me, why is there a normal size twirl in my box of Heroes!?"
