Twins who became millionaires before 30th birthday reveal secret to their success

Twin brothers who both became millionaires before their 30th birthday claim their success is all down to "internal motivation." Russ and Ted Berman, 42, work gruelling 80-hour weeks as their run their own law firm, Berman Law Group.

But it is not all work and no play as pair regularly enjoy holidays away with their families. And they find the time to work out "every day" - an important task given the duo have proudly trademarked themselves "America's fittest attorneys". The brothers, from Boca Raton, Florida, US, put their success down to their inner drive, which helps ensure they are "constantly moving forward."

Russ said: "I think some people are just ingrained with a desire to push themselves and both my brother and myself have that trait.

“For example, we finished college and law school in five years when most people take at least eight years.

“We will never be satisfied unless we are putting our all into something.

"We are aggressive by nature, and like to get our way."

The pair get up at 6am as they refuse to let 15-hour work days get in the way of their dedication to their family or their fitness routine.

Helpfully, the duo can work out in their firm’s custom-made 15,000-square-foot, which they use "religiously."

Russ explained: "We go to the gym every day at noon to work out and stay in shape.

“Improving yourself physically makes you perform better mentally.

"The grind never ends; by noon we have already both done the work of five to six people."

But maintaining a trim body doesn't come without its sacrifices, as the brothers also follow a strict diet.

Alongside consuming protein-heavy meals, like grilled salmon or chicken with vegetables, the brothers are committed to intermittent fasting from 6pm to the next day until noon.

“Genetics help; we can both dramatically change our bodies in a week from building muscle to cutting down fat," revealed Russ.

However, when it is time to party, their strict diets "go out the window." The pair love to enjoy pizza, burgers, and tequila on weekends, before heading back to the gym first thing on Monday.

And their good looks bring them lots of attention from women, even when their wives are around.

Russ is married to LeAnn, 32, and helps to raise their five kids - Connor, 15, Brie, 13, Aden, 10, RJ, four, and Lilah, 18 months.

Meanwhile, Ted shares seven-year-old paternal twins Sammy and Sabrina, with his wife Deborah.

Ted said: “My brother and I have always received a lot of female attention throughout our lives.

"Even if our wives are there – it doesn’t seem to matter.

“It's enough to annoy LeAnn and Deborah because they don’t know these women’s motives, with even celebs making a move!

"I would imagine it's because we are not normally what you see: I mean, how many identical good-looking attorney twins do you know?"
