From the team behind Manhunt and Steeltown Murders, Martin Clunes leads this pressing drama about county lines drug dealing across the British countryside and the effect it’s having on communities. He plays Nathan, an ordinary Welsh farmer and single parent to teenager Johnny (Louis Ashbourne Serkis) who becomes curious about the drones that keep flying across the fields. Mysteries of Stonehenge

Spinal Tap may have professed themselves baffled as to the motivations of the original architects of Stone’Enge – and this documentary can’t definitively clear it up either. Triumphs and traumas continue to be all in a day’s work for the nuns and midwives of Nonnatus House. While Sister Julienne and Trixie work on trying to save Nonnatus from the council’s plans, Joyce learns of a mother in her block who leaves her children at home while she works, and Rosalind helps a first-time mum give birth. After a daring escape – is there any other kind on this show? – Tonkin (Jack Barton) must also survive the treacherous trek to rejoin his unit. It has not been a stellar start for top cop Ray Howard and his hunters this series: as episode three begins, they have only managed to snare one of their 12 fugitives. This Irish comedy drama about recovering addict Shiv (Roisin Gallagher) and the dysfunctional Sheridan family was a hidden gem on ITVX. As the second series continues, everyone is shocked at Shiv’s new boyfriend, while her sister Caroline (Siobhán Cullen) is stalking her ex. HR

The Book of Life, 2.05pm, BBC One
Three years before Coco animated the Mexican Day of the Dead, Jorge R Gutiérrez’s cartoon feature showed what a spectacular subject it could be. Two childhood friends – musician and scion of a bullfighting dynasty Manolo (Diego Luna) and son of a soldier Joaquin (Channing Tatum) – both love Zoe Saldaña’s Maria, but then Manolo is forced on a quest through the underworld to win her heart. With an imaginative wooden-puppet look, and all the colour and vivacity you’d expect from Latin American cultural tropes, the film certainly stands up to its more feted descendant. Simon Wardell
