Becoming Frida Kahlo

In the final act of this three-part documentary on the life of the Mexican artist, we track the triumphs and tragedies that visited her later years. The film focuses on the interplay between Kahlo’s personal, political and artistic life, as she faces infidelity, disability and grief, and her surrealist work really comes into its own.
